Scottish Power - Logged In Website Issues?
Scottish Power - Logged In Website Issues?
Ive just started (today) to use my Scottish Power online energy reward account.
After a couple of false starts, I managed to get into my account.
However, Im already getting fed-up with the "blank screen" I get if I try to switch to certain pages (like back page of a bill). There are no buttons to get out of it so I have to press the back arrow on my browser and get a time-out page.
If I try to enter a meter reading, their system tells me one has been entered already today (not by me). It then informs me Ive been logged out as a security measure.
So, I have to re-enter my details to get back in.
Is anyone else having similar issues?
Ive tried IE, Firefox and Chrome so I dont believe it can be a browser issue.

I posted my original question last year - but Im still getting the same "blank page" when I try to view a bill or enter a meter reading (this is once im in the account screen).
Is anyone else having this problem?
