Help on dozy buyers??!!

I do not put the postage charges in the automatic ebay box, because as far as i can see, if the customer buys two, then the postage price is doubled, and i charge a lot less for postage on two (new royal mail prices!). also i am now selling quite a few overseas, so i put the following in my listing (quite near the top after the fundamental important information about how wonderful my product is!!)
"If you have seen enough here is the important information you need to place your order. Buy it Now!
Postage costs:
UK £2,00 for one tub;
£2,80 for two tubs.
With application sponge,
£3,00 for one tub plus sponge;
£3,80 for two tubs plus one sponge.
Europe £2,50 for one tub;
£3,90 for two tubs
USA / Australia £4,00 for one tub;
£6,50 for two"
How can someone then send me a payment for the item with no postage? It has happened twice on my current listing, and sure they pay the second payment but paypal take their 20p + % chunk and i lose money unless i charge the customer extra (which p++++s them off) or send it second class (which probably p++++s them off)!
Also what do you do with the people who press the button twice or three times and then say "sorry, they only wanted one!" I know that if they play ball you don't have to pay final value fees, but the items are not returned to the listing. So the fees are spread over a smaller number of items :eek:
Any thoughts people!!

Can't help with the dozy buyers, but it might be a good idea to use . instead of , in your prices, it's a bit confusing to look at at first glance.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I would put the postage charges in the box and also tick the postage discount box. If you are able to offer the same postage discount on all your items then you can specify a postage dicount. When buyers search listings, the words "see description" in place of a postage price can be offputting, and cause some customers to expect that p&p will be excessively expensive. If p&p is specified, it will automatically be included on the "Pay now" page and any invoice, but do be careful if sending one invoice for more than one item: p&p will be added for only one unless you correct it manually.0
