Im just curious but I rent through an Estate Agents, if I moved into another property at the end of my current lease but still through the same agents would I have to pay all the admin fees again?

Probably. They generally make these fees up to the maximum that they think they can get away with. However, if it's a different landlord they might want you to go through the credit-checking again in case your circumstances have changed since it was last done0

Yeah I wouldn't want to pay another £200 if I was renting through the same agents.....Just having a quick check of the market at the moment as our contract is up soon - can't particularly be hassled with moving though to be honest just good to know my options....MFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

Generally they can be negotiated away if you've been a model T and are leaving through no fault of your own (S21).
Mind you anything can be negotiated. Once got admin fees half price with a new LA.
