I just want a very basic account where I would have my matched betting money.
I'd like an internet based one and wondered about the Citibank...as I get £5o from quidco.

I'm not sure I fully undertstand what your asking.
But if your after a Basic Account I can recommend the following accounts, they both come supplied with a debit card and have internet and telephone banking.
Natwest - Step Account
Yorkshire Bank - ReadyCash Account
Although if you can open a CitiBank account and get cashback through Quidco, and the CitiBank account has no charges and suits your requirements then you probably are better off doing that.0
