Hi Its a 3 bedroom mid terrace with kitchen extension which is much colder than the main house, I'm not sure the kitchen is insulated, but it does have a cavity. The rear of the house suffers from damp, its a rented house and been trying to get the landlord which is my father in law to sort it.
The attic is also converted over 15 years ago and is also freezing up there, it has a dormer window and I'm not sure what insulation it has, obviously none if its freezing. I cannot check under the floor as its big board sheets not floorboards and obviously the ceiling is plastered so cannot check in there either. Basically we cannot use the attic in the winter, the summer its red hot.
We have gas hob. What is DHW?
Usage is what is says about 480, how do you convert that to kWh?
Bare in mind the new boiler will make it cheaper this next year, presumably a more efficient boiler means you use less cu ft?

    Domestic Hot Water.
From cu ft to kWh, multiply by approx 30, this link will do it more accurately for you though. Around 15,500 kWh though

    ok thats great thanks.
if the attic is freezing in the winter and red hot/stuffy in the summer is that a key sign of no insulation?
Can you get these people to come out and do free assesment?
