Scottish Power Capped Prices - Dec 2012?
After opting to switch from Scottish Power, following their price rises, to EDF, I got a letter from SP saying I can have "Capped Price Energy December 2012".
I rang to check and was told it was the prices before the increases.
When I asked if there were any other charges, I was told only cancellation charges of £30 (incl. VAT) for electricity and £20 (incl. VAT) for gas if cancelling or switching to another tariff before 30th November 2012.
Is this too good to be true?
I pay by direct debit for dual fuel.
