Weird noise when I click on a webpage?

Sometimes I get a weird type of noise when I click on a website on my computer.
Run AVG virus check ok.
Run Adaware for spyware ok.
Updated windows service pack.
Any ideas please.

A description of the noise would help.. pop up blocker (ie, tools, popup blocker, pop up blocker settings)?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

I have turned off the popup swatter noise which I think is the problem will monitor.0

Could be one of those flash adverts on your home page sometimes makes odd noise!.
