ive had a email off halfcost .co.uk confirming the order never went through
Dear xxxxxx
Thank you for your recent e-mail. Our records show that both the Pamyent and Order did not go through successfully for you. The reason for this is likely due to the entered Billing details not matching the records held with your bank.
The payment 'Attempt' likely registered with your bank, however the transaction did not go through. If you check with your bank again in a couple of days, they should be able to confirm this for you.
Regards
the prepaid credit card have said now the card was approved so how can i get my money back
any advice

What do those monetary values actually mean from your statement? To me, it looks like the transaction amount was £30.26, the amount of £0.00 was approved yet your balance still reduced. I know that sometimes, transactions "tag" the money in your account until it is actually released to the merchant. If the merchant doesn't claim it, then it ends up getting replaced back into your account.
It could just be that you need to wait a few more days and the money will re-appear in your account.
EDIT: I would say that it's something for the card issuer to sort out.My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
