for their "spreading the warmth" tariff for users on low incomes,
bill for the year under £600 for both gas and electric- 3 bed house, 2 adults, washer on constantly. not bad!!
customer service seem to be lovely too.

hah i think most energy companies are like that. the "normal" frontline dont seem too striking but the special team for this tariff are always very kind and friendly and patient.0

It's a shame nPower have applied some questionable billing policies in the last 8 years or so.

Even though the big energy suppliers are typically all as bad as each other when it comes to putting up prices; the nPower 'scuplting' tactics did take the mickey. I know I won't be using them again...0 -
all i know is my bills have never been less than these. my last supplier was Eon and my monthly bills were over £100. Dont even get me started on how much im owed by them and scottish power from prepayment as there were key meters in when i bought this house, and in the few months before i managed to get these changed they had took hundreds of pounds from me as debt for the previous occupier, even though they had been informed i was the new owner and had new cards. we were never paid that back.
im very happy with n power.0
