Anyone been using Roxio creator 2010? had mine installed for a while but started getting blue screen when or after using. microsoft report advising me to contact Sonic(Roxio) support, was advised to re install which I did but apparently what they didn't explain is that before reinstalling all residual items of the software have to be remove by going into the registry, did this but like a lot of others, experienced it only partially reinstalls, deny's access because there is no certificate. Roxio support is first class but nevertheless the user still has to undertake all of these risky operations. After looking on Amazon at the reviews for this product it seems a flawed piece of software with many having the same prob's as me....any opinions or experience of this software?
