Hi,
There was a technical error on the first thread I started to I will continue here.
Thanks everyone for all ur advice. I take it the best thing I can do is when the funds are made available to leave it a few more days? Any more suggestions? Surely if it is fraudulent it should not clear?

While funds may be advable, this does not mean that the cheque (or bankers draft) has cleared. YOU MUST ASK THE BANK TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF IT BEEN RETURNED UNPAID (BEST TO GET THIS IN WRITING) BEFORE RELEASING ANY GOODS.
I REPEAT DO NOT REALISE GOODS UNTIL YOU HAVE IT CONFIRMED THAT THE DRAFT IS NOT GOING TO BOUNCE0
