The form is definitely there in Google Chrome too
Only advice is to change browsers - definitely works in FF and Google Chrome. If you can't change, then more chances to win for Babymumbles and I Thanks Miss Linda Never put tables and chairs in the same room.
If they congregate together for any length of time, they will inevitably hatch plots against you and your pets.

Works fine for me in FF and IE.
