    So a wall mounted conventional flue boiler.It doesn't have a flue kit as such.
    Some of these boilers contain asbestos as well, so play carefully now.

    Limited parts available I would say.

    I would have a new boiler fitted, but that's just me.

    This boiler doesn't have/need a catchment space so what on earth this so called boiler engineer is on about, one can only guess at!

    I agree though, that this boiler is old and in the long run you would be better off replacing it. One with a 5 year warranty would be good for you as a landlord.
