25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Well i phoned M&S again today to discover that my order couldnt be fulfilled because Dave the Monkey is out of stock now so if you haven't had a dispatch email i've give them a phone, the manager that i spoke to cos i was so angry managed to find me one in my local store - the last one, because they lied to me yesterday on the phone since apparently M&S knew yesterday that they couldnt complete my order they gave me £15 in online credit £2.50 of that is cos i had to pay £2.50 more for Dave in store so in the end all sorted as just been to collect him0

Mine has just been delivered. I'm pleased as it wasn't due until Monday
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j0 -

Was everyones Dave showing as out for delivery on the DHL website or at the depot as I am not sure whether to go out now.Comping from May 2012

Mines still at the depot the other side of Yorkshire. It says information received, awaiting collection. Don't think it will be today, probably Monday I imagine.0
