25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

I ordered dave and something else separate got the email for the other things last night saying they were dispatched, they arrived this afternoon by dhl so touch wood at the mo they are pretty quick at delivering0 -
I still haven't had my dispatch email and i ordered at about 12.30 on Monday

Haven't got mine either yet, but my order status is 'dispatching soon'.
I'm not too worried yet, my order was delayed by the fact I accidentally selected an expired card when I paid, so I had to go update my payment details. Plus they must be trying to juggle thousands of orders at the moment. Just have to sit tight, M&S are pretty good so I'm sure they will all start arriving very soon

Yeah but mine ain't even saying that and there won't be any issues with my card as it's my M&S credit card which isn't due to expiry status unless I can't see it is still at not yet despatched and marks and spencers have let me down a few times with online orders and ending up not having stock so I wouldn't be holding my breath!lol
Probably just annoyed tonight cos my friends DVD from tesco still hasn't appeared it was sent 11 days ago now although didn't have any post from Tuesday til Monday cos of the snow but it shod still be here by now 0 -
Well I just got my dispatch e-mail so they must be working through the night - hang on in there, or maybe give them a call in the morning to find out what the state of play is?

Got an email last night at 9.24pm, saying Dave is despatched. I also ordered some games in a seperate order on sunday and theses have also just been depatched. 0
