Can anyone recommend a dry rot specialist that covers SW London

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can personally recommend a dry rot specialist that would come out to SW London, I've just found out my neighbour has a bit on the front of her flat which connects to mine a couple of metres away.

I found Timberwise but I don't know anything about them.

Does anyone know how much it costs for a survey?
