May I first say well done!
We started our own business 4 years (after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and so wish we had started earlier, you are young but are obviously very intelligent and well driven, your parents must be very proud of you.

I haven't got any real advice other than call HMRC and make an appointment with Business Link, but I wanted to wish you the world of luck. I'm 29 and started my own business earlier this year and it was scary stuff. lol0
