    National Insurance number
    the date your self-employment commenced
    the nature of your business
    Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) if you were previously within Self Assessment
    the business's UTR if you are joining an existing partnership

    Yea i just asked my mother, she is slightly unsure, but she said i dont have a national insurance until im 16 :S

    We started our own business 4 years (after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and so wish we had started earlier, you are young but are obviously very intelligent and well driven, your parents must be very proud of you.

    Re the tax etc issue...

    I haven't got any real advice other than call HMRC and make an appointment with Business Link, but I wanted to wish you the world of luck. I'm 29 and started my own business earlier this year and it was scary stuff. lol
