What I meant is until I have done my best to remove all virus's from here from I can't get out to purchase a replacement only online as I live alone, recently relocated and am undergoing tests and treatments for a serious medical condition and third incidence of suspected cancer. So I have posted my log direct to the other person who advised me.
I am sorry if my response seemed flippant I am tired and worried this laptop will cut out before a new one is ordered and I am very worried about that due to no support network. I also find it hard to concentrate due to the amount of medication I am on. I apologise if I came accross as trite or ungrateful it certainly wasn't my intention. My space bar is broken so apologies if parts of my post's appear jumbled, thanks for your patience & for reading.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Sherbert, have you looked at my advice above about using one of the Linux LiveCD's?
it is possible that you can order something online, however it will just require a little bit of work if you have a reasonable Laptop check this out
http://www.ubuntu.com/
http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download
if you have a old low powered laptop i would recommend this
http://lubuntu.net/ - this will work with the same instructions as Ubuntu it just uses a different interface which requires much less system resources to run
either one of these will give you the ability to access the internet without worrying about the virus's currently on there as the virus's you have will be windows based ones which can not effect the Linux based operating system above.
and if you run it as the "try ubuntu" option this will run the entire operating system from the CD and your RAM and will make no changes to your hard drive (therefore not deleting any of your files) and they both come with a web browser (firefox or chrome) so as long as you can connect it to your router (ethernet cable) you can get online and order your new system and change all your account passwords security settings so no more damage can be done to youDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
I have run the malware and had just quarantined it. I sent a copy to one of the users advising me as I could notpost it in a message. I then followed fiddiwares advice and removedall the offending threats. I have just d/l then run hijack. Again as a new user I am unable to post the logs on the board due to links, I can only send the log via PM.
I am going to try what Gonzo has kindly advised. If I have no luck due to the power unreliability on this current laptop and the risk of losing everything before getting a chance to back up, then I may find a laptop on offer and a portable HD (to try and back some things on this one up before it breaks). Cross my fingers and toes and see if my stepdad in Herts will buy them over the counter and drive them over. It's just that could take quite some time as he drove over and changed my locks yesterday. I rarely see him & have no siblings.
Thank you foryour support, it's much appreciated. My space bar is broken so apologies if parts of my post's appear jumbled, thanks for your patience & for reading.

as gonzo127 suggested you could download a copy of Ubuntu and use it as a live CD to get you safely online. No virus or pest will be able to follow you there.*_*_* Department of Redundancy Department *_*_*0
