Creditors meeting ..

As mentioned elsewhere, mine is set for 17th at 12:30. As usual I have been advised to be available on the other end of a phone in case I am required.

In people's experience, how long do these meetings normally go on for ? And how many have had their payments "tweaked" ?

Hi Foggy. It's not a meeting as such, just a point in time where your IP gathers up all the votes and works out whether it has been accepted or not. I remember that two of my creditors asked for variations to be made. One wanted a higher % which I agreed to pay and the other wanted more conditions but as I already cleared the 70% required I needed not acquiesce to this.

Thanks James. I have been arned that TiX might go for an extra few, but are more likely to go for reducing the IP's fees (which won't be my problem as they come out of the regular payment in any case -- but will increase the dividend, which would be to my favour).

It normally happens very quickly and you'll probably have an outcome by 12.45. Thing to remember is that your IP would only be going in with a proposal they felt was acceptable in the main.

Mine was extended to 6 years, but no amendment to payments.
