Had a letter from a DCA

I have put all the required details on the 'prove it' letter but I'm just wondering where I should post it to. The address at the top of the letter is a PO Box address in Surrey and the registered office address at the bottom of the letter is in London.
Any suggestions?0 -
That's the only address I have too. I don't think it will do any good writing to them as they have completely ignored my letter and have since phoned me this morning with another demand. I just gave him a piece of my mind and put the phone down. I've reported this to Trading Standards but have yet to hear from them I therefore will write to OFT now and see if they can help. I have no intention of paying these crooks and hope you will do the same.:cool:0

This comes up as well, but this is not a Guernsey phone number but it is a Guernsey address0 -
Everyone beware of these crooks, somehow they found my phone number and have called me demanding money three times today. They have no chance of getting any though.0

There's a telephone harassment letter on this site somewhere, but if you're in a position to record phone calls, that'll gather evidence for a complaint.
If you can't record though, just refuse to even entertain them on the phone.0 -
I'm going to send the letter today by recorded delivery to the PO Box address for Fredrickson. I don't want to deal with Global Arrow at present because I've never heard of them and never had any communication from them.
They have somehow managed to find my mobile number and keep sending me texts telling me to phone them!0 -
I managed to post the 'prove it' letter today but when I got home, I'd had a 'letter before action' from Fredrickson. What's likely to happen now?0

fredrickson and makenzie hall, Must be a bit low on their figures pushing the boat out on ancient
debts. Hoping someone pays something somewhere without querying it.
Maybe they can earn an extra bonus for xmas if they get payment. Whether the debt is valid or not.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
So are they likely to take me to court like the letter suggests?0

Hi all, I too have received this letter but addressed to an ex who has never lived at my present address. Threw the 1st letter in the bin, and now have a second one. Called them and told them the addressed person does not and never has lived at this address and I have no way of contacting them, was told 'ok, we've updated our records so you wont get anymore correspondances from us', so we're see how that goes.... Have checked with the said ex and she has no depts with her Orange phone...
Do a Google (or other search engine
search for Arrow Global and your get a lot of info. relating to Orange the phone company, seems this Arrow Global is a dept buyer and a lot of people who have Orange phones are getting these letters, whether in dept or not. I would hope the OFT are looking in to the tactics of this company, maybe also a collective email to Watchdog is on the cards?
Cheers
Trev0
