wireless broardband ?

hi guys need some help with wireless i've just orderd this from bt i dont know much about wireless bb but a mate say u need a wireless card to fix in the back of the pc . but i have no slots left as i've got 2.0 high speed usb in one slot and a firewire card in the other one which i need both of them ! :confused: is this true or is there a way round this?
can some give me advice on this please

    You can buy a wireless usb adapter, about £20 instead. Is the pc going to be located away from the hub?
