Recommendation for AI holidays Sept 2007?

Hi
I know it's a long time away, gives us time to save, but im looking for destinations to go in September 2007 for a 10 day All Inclusive holiday. Would like to go on a "far away" type holiday (Carribean, Mexico etc). Been to Dominican Rep a few years ago and it was ace so would like that type of holiday again.
Was thinking of Cuba but been told its the rainy season! So has anybody been in Sept and were would you recommend?
