Need help with garmin 1310 Sat Nav please.

Bought a garmin 1310 Sat nav in November 2009, and recently it has had a white dotted line across the middle of the screen, not been dropped etc. Had a look at Garmin website, made sure the trip log was hidden, other than that no other advice available. Any ideas?

I suggest that you telephone them, they answer immediately and they are very helpful, who knows they may replace it. I had trouble down loading European maps and they were very patient, regards bri:cool:

Update, phoned Garmin, they told me to return it so they could look at it.

Today I received in the post a brand new Sat Nav with a 12 month warranty.

I wish other companies would take note of Garmins excellent customer service, they answer the phone within seconds, are very helpful, and even apologised for the Sat Nav failing.
