EDF online Reg problem

Hi,

I am trying to register for the EDF online Billing Service and once I enter all the details its showing the following message:-

We are improving our MyAccount service and will write to let you know when it is ready for you to register for it.

Anyone else having the same problem?

    I have been trying for the last 6 months to register. I emailed their Customer Services who just said they are still working on the new system and will let me know once it is available. I cannot understand how it can take so long for a company of this size to get it up and running online as surely the whole point of online billing is being able to use it online !

    Same problem for me too, I have been trying for 3 weeks since switching.
  • I've been told my MyAccount will be set up within 28 days of the completed switch. In the meantime, I'll be reliant on good old snail mail!

    I've been trying too for just over a week. My electricity was supposed to 'go live' last week but still can't get any EDF contact via e-mail nor on-line account.

    Me also, called spoke to 3 different advisers all had different times from didn't know to a few days
    I pressed them all for a definite date but they had no idea or if they had they were keeping it a secret.
    Why is it called Online Saver 7? i asked, no answer to that either
    Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.
