    Yawn. So what? Where's the problem? If you are budgeting so tightly that you can not deal with an occasional seven month or five month adjustment rather than a six month adjustment then you are going to have bigger problems regardless.

    Edit: okay, noticed you are on a quarterly cycle. <shrug> variation is larger but principle remains the same. meters are in your home. you know ultimately how much it should cost. adjust as appropriate.
