Quidco computer settings

im for ever having trouble with the quidco website. when i make a purchase 99% of the time they are not tracked. I have to chase up each transaction and supply receipt numbers etc.
can some one do me an A to Z on how to make quidco website see my transaction. What does the security setting need to be on in internet options for example, and do i need to delite my internet history and cookies beofre each time i visit quidco?? is using IE the best browser to use for quidco??

I use firefoz and have never had tracking problems.Go into the settings for internet explorer and make sure cookies are saved and only delete them after the tracking is confirmed as it could be your settings currently have them to expire after a certain time.0

Or use Topcashback, they are far more reliable than Quidco, and don't charge an annual fee.;)0

Never heard of firefoz;). The best thing you can do is use a different browser from your usual browser. ie, if you use firefox as your main browser, for quidco use chromium or midori, that way you dont need to erase your cookies etc in firefox because guaranteed that will be your problem.
If you dont want to do that remember to erase you cookies etc so when you get redirected from quidco it doesn't look like you've already been on the site.0
