LG washing machine

Our washing machine (LG) has a slight tear at the edge of the rubber seal near the door, it's leaking a little water out of the door during the wash, the tear itself is approx 2cms.
The question is, is there any way of repairing rather than replacing the whole seal?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Silicone sealer will do it, something like this.

I would tend to put some on both sides of the tear and let it dry out properly before use.0 -
Thanks we'll give it a try0
