how long do i leave it before relisting item ? bidder got item via BIN on 20th i sent invoice twice and request for payment as yet am still waiting how long is long enough ?

It's only been 5 days...give them the benefit of the doubt.
You can't do anything till after 7 days when you can file a NPB. You've already contacted them 3 times....I would leave it till the 7 days is up now.
