Debenhams - half of order missing

Ordered two pairs of black trousers from Debenhams last week - parcel turned up yesterday with only one pair in, although the despatch note says two.

I've rang them and they are looking into it and will call me back within 3 working days.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how easily it was resolved - I can't see anyway of me proving that I didn't receive both.

I had this happen. I bought an underwear set and when it arrived I only had a bra and not the briefs. When I phoned them up they immediately refunded me although it has been in the sale and thus wasn't that expensive.

That's good to know. The bloke on the phone seemed a bit dozy and said he would put a trace on them or something - can't really see how that would work unless the trousers had some kind of tracking device in them!
