Citi to Opus transfer

For those of you with a Citi card set up with a DD to clear the full amount. Check the first Opus statement carefully, I got charged interest.
If they did that to everybody it would be a nice little bonus for them!
They seemed happy to return it straight away, credit to them for a geographic number, but no secure email system again.

They are rubbish, requested a credit balance be transferred back to my Bank Account on 17 Dec 10 and it has still not left my account, spoke to their call centre again this morning and give a sob story that lots of people want their credit balances returned and its taking a long time to process them.0
