Does anybody know if it is possible to get a mortgage whilst on a DMP with CCCS? i earn 30K a year and am paying £299 to CCCS i'd guess my credit rating is not a good read. Im looking to first time buy as a single parent as i've been paying private rent for years and am not getting anywhere with the council. i dont have a deposit either! is there any hope?

honestly?
A couple of things
1. my understanding of DMPs is that you agreed at the start of it, not to apply for more credit. Are mortgages included in this? Dunno sperak with CCCS
2nd, I think, although im not 100% again, but there may be lenders who will lend to you, but I expect the interest rates youll be offered will be high.
Have you seen your credit report? Have you had any CCJs? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
