For the entire week from Thursday October 26th to Wednesday November 1st 2006, eligible eBay members who list an item using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats and use the Gallery Listing Upgrade feature for the first time will not be charged for the first Gallery Listing Upgrade fee they incur when they list an item on eBay.co.uk.
The offer only applies to eligible eBay members who have received the offer by email and via My Messages. The offer cannot be transferred or forwarded. Please see below for more details."
