Free listing day but not showing in TL

I have uploaded an item in TL as it is a free listing day. However, when it had uploded I was charged 15p to list. How can this be ? I am a private seller and the listing start price can be set at any.

So I have spent all day listing household items, cds, magazines etc only for me not to be able to upload them with TL ? THAT IS ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING !!!!
What am I supposed to do now with all my TL data ? TR is a tool to sell on Ebay. Selling on Ebay=money for seller = money for Ebay. DOH. I am sick of Ebay step by step making it harder and harder for the seller.0 -

It is quite clear in the terms and conditions and has been in effect for every other Free listing day for at least the last 10 months or so.
It really does pay to read the basic conditions.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you look at the actual announcement Here
http://www2.ebay.com/aw/uk/201012031005152.html
It states no turbo lister in second paragraph before you even click for the small print.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Why are we going backwards ? TL is a convenient tool for listing. If Ebay make it harder then less people with bother with free listings. weather I read it or not, the point I am making is it's ridiculous.0

No one is stopping you using turbo lister, however you will need to pay a listing fee today if you do.
It isn't ridiculous at all, ebay have gone rather mad with these free listing days and are irritating a lot of us business sellers, I'm sure they don't want the site swamped with millions of listings when they can limit it a little by asking people making use of the FLD to list direct.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Do you work for Ebay ? It sounds like you are pretty unsympathetic to my cause. I have spent the best part of a day doing my listings. Why can't we all "swamp" Ebay anyway ? I am a business seller too but I like to list my household stuff too and TL is the most convenient. Like I said before, it's all money for Ebay if more is up selling.0

Look on the bright side, if you hadn't thought it was free listing on TL you would probably not have felt motivated to do all the listings you have done, and now that you have discovered you didn't read the t and cs properly, your listings are still ready so you might as well list them-good luck with your sales. As Soolin says, business sellers don't want ebay swamped with lots of stuff from private sellers who don't rely on the sales for their sole livelihood. We list on ebay as a private seller and business seller, I always use turbolister for my private sales-and pay the fees accordingly.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Oh gosh, we only got to post 8 before I got accused of working for ebay, surely that's a record?
If you are so familiar with ebay why did you make assumptions about free listings without even reading any of the announcements? I can understand you missing it a year ago when it first started, but we have had a fLD now virtually every other weekend for a year with turbo lister being excluded so it seems odd it had escaped you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
