Hi all, Just wondering if anyone had been accepted for a loan from GCU. I've applied online for £2000 over 2 years. My credit rating isnt bad but cant get a loan anywhere else probably due to not having enough credit rather than a bad rating. Anyone know how likely you are to be accepted etc as really that is what they are…

I just hope and pray that these loans are payed back in full and on time so lots more can enjoy the good rates...i applaud them for the good work they do...long may it continue....i am surprised they have given the op a loan of 2k so quick...but well done you...

It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
