Zoopla - Estimates - Are they fairly accurate??

    I would imagine the other thing Zoopla cannot tell is if someone bought a rubbish property for too much at the peak, which will not sell at any price now. Or if someone else grabbed a good quality bargain from a desparate seller or estate a year or two later. There are just too many variables.

    Also can't tell between land and property purchases, council right-to-buy from private purchases, and part-ownership from full, as far as I can see.... and if I'm not mistaken, re-mortgages show up as 'sales' as well.
