has anyone been to any of the seminars by a company called Inside Track that deals with property?

    Please don't bother. There's nothing you can't learn for free.

    I'm always bemused by the comments of one poster here who paid for the full seminar. One little gem of information is that terracotta coloured carpets are the must have for developments. :rolleyes: Whatever.

    please steer clear- they have sold 5 properties to a 68 year old friend on state pension with no hope of getting a mortgage.. he has to complete by end of November.........or he will lose them all. big regrets now.

    If anyone is stupid enough to spend thousands to go to one of these, at least waste £30 or on buying the DVDs from ebay first.
