With halifax currently with ultimate reward account, havent used the 'extras' so will downgrade to reward, out of the 2 mentioned fd or cbs which would you recommend?

Coventry do not send Faster Payments or statement insert leaflets and you need a grid card to log on , they do not offer a credit card either :THi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

faster payments is not such an issue for me being honest, im more after good customer service and i know how first direct are highly regarded here, i have also read good feedback on coventry too so just seeing what you guys think
