Feb holiday sunshine

Hi
Looking at a weeks holiday in February with a little sunshine.I know Egypt is in the early twenties. Anyone know of any other locations with similar climate.
We are a couple in early 40,s, no kids, enjoy culture, old architecture etc. Wife is disabled and either walks very short distances on crutches or is in her wheel chair so this is a big factor.
We were considering Luxor but a few people have told me its very dirty. Any thoughs would be welcome. If you can think of anywhere else other than Egypt, would welcome ideas.
A pool would be a minimum and a beach desirable but not essential.
I have never holidayed to a warm climate so this is a new experience.
Thanks

We are also early 40's with no kids & love hot holidays!
Went to Sharm last year & loved it but we're quite happy to spend a day on the beech as well as trips out.
We went to Luxor for a day trip & loved it, it's not dirty, it's interesting and obviously full of culture. I'm not sure I'd like to stay there longer than a day though. I don't think it was built for wheelchairs though so that could be tricky.
We're going to Cuba for some wintersun in January I don't think there's much culture there though.
have you looked at Malta or Cyprus? They'll be warm(not hot) and both have lots to see.0
