Purple Holidays?

Hi all,

Has anyone used this website, are they reliable? Also if you do book is there anyway to look after yourself in case anything happens?

Don't know if I'd book, got told by another travel agent (who I spoke to thinking they were purple holidays - -the joys of saynoto0870.com!!!) that purple were due to go bust which is why thwy were offering really good prices:eek:

Didn't book with either in the end! gonna stay with the bigger companies in this uncertain times.

Purple Holidays is only a travel agent, they book holidays with tour operators and if they seem the cheapest and tell you who they are booking with, there is nothing to be worried about. They are part of Hays Travel who, if Purple disappeared, would guarantee payment to your tour operator, so no reason not to book them

Some people will go to any lengths including scaremongering to get business!

As Alan has said Purple Holidays are part of Hays Travel and they would guarantee payments to tour operators. I have had dealings with Purple Holidays and have no complaints.
