Praise -for stuff2gogo

I thought I'd do the praise bit of the 'praise, vent, warnings' as I'm really impressed with Stuff2gogo at the moment. I hadn't heard of them, but was after a black and white checked buff and this was the only place I found one (after help from MSE:A). The parcel arrived quickly, but I was disapointed to find I had the multicoloured one, rather than the black and white. I played with their website and discovered that clicking add to basket on the b&w one added the coloured one. It said coloured on my invoice, so I thought I wouldn't have a let to stand on. However, a polite email to them pointing out the problem resulted in a lovely email back from them, accepting all the blame and sending me out a replacement the same day. They also said I could keep the coloured one as compensation.

They kept me informed all the way along, had great communication skills and were helpful and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

And yes, I have emailed them to thank them!
