Ebay Account Issues : Urgent

Hello guys i have 2 ebay accounts one to sell one to buy i keep them seperate
I log on today to list an xbox im trying to sell delighted to see my account has been blocked due to non payments in the last 21 days
which i thought ok ill go to make a payment to unblock which is fair enough.

As i got to the paypal screen my ebay account says there is £0.00 outstanding and really confused i have been waiting for 20 minutes now on the phone line and live chat saying it will take 35 minutes.

How can i sort this mess out both my accounts have been suspended now coz of this stupid mistake by Ebay!

will they re-activate my account?

Have you sold items? Have you logged into the right account and can see the outstanding balance?

Silly of ebay to allow you to withdraw funds when you owe them money.
