Terms

Two (2) entries will be drawn at random on Wednesday 8th December 2010 by an independent judge from Absolute Radio from those who have registered with the Promoter to take part in an Absolute Radio “24 hour challenge Event” (“Event”). Each successfully drawn entrant will bring a friend to participate alongside them in the Event to form part of a team i.e. 2 teams of 2 people will then compete against the other. The Event will commence at 8am on Thursday 9th December 2010 and the participants must be available on this day and the following day (Friday 10th December 2010) in order to participate in the Event and must sign and date the Promoter’s Consent form before taking part in the Event.

The winner will receive a trip to Barcelona for 4 (for the winner and three guests), with one night accommodation (based on two people sharing a double/twin room) and return economy flights from London. Details of the package stated below:
• Return economy flights from London and return airport transfers in Barcelona
• One night accommodation in a central 4* hotel (2 rooms in total for the trip) including breakfast
• 3 hours scooter ride for 2 drivers and 2 passengers
• Helicopter flight over Barcelona for 4
• Tapas Tour for 4 including 2 tapas in 3 restaurants, 1 guide book, and 1 non-alcoholic drink each.
• 1Smudgy Juice Bar Drink each (max price €5pp)
• Buggy Adventure for 4
• Standard Travel insurance for 4 (excluding any pre-existing medical conditions)
• Extreme Sport insurance to cover all of the above-mentioned activities (excluding any pre-existing medical conditions). Any racing and/or speeding on the scooter ride and/or buggy adventure and/or any other irresponsible or illegal behaviour whilst participating in any of the activities will void the insurance cover.
• ATOL and ABTA travel bonding protection
• No food / drink/travel or other expenses included other than that stated above
• The prizes are provided subject to the terms and conditions of each individual supplier

13. Prize is subject to availability. Selected travel dates are subject to availability. Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter & Bank Holidays. The excluded dates include the following: 22nd December 2010 – 3rd January 2011 inclusive, April 22nd – April 25th 2011 inclusive, May 2nd 2011, May 30th 2011 and August 29th 2011. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional excluded dates, which will be confirmed at the point of trip reservation. All holiday reservations must be booked and completed within 6 months of the draw date.

14. Prize is non-transferable.

15. Travel to a domestic UK airport is not included.

16. If an item is unavailable, an item of equivalent value may be substituted.
