Alliance & Leicester - Quidco tracking

I just opened up a new A&L premier direct account, via my quidco account and it never tracked :-(
That's £50 i've missed out on!
Still, I'm looking forward to earning interest on my current account (i was previously with barclays - crap interest rate)

I'd also like to hear from anyone who has managed to get the £50 from quidco for signing up for this account, as I'm concerned that maybe my setup (cookies etc) wasn't right for accurate tracking.
