My Nokia 6330 has ceased to work, I can switch it on but the buttons won't work. So I could receive a text for example but can't read it. The thing I am so desperate about is that I haven't backed up my photos and videos or phone numbers. I've been told to send it back and I'll get a replacement but that I'll lose all my saved data.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to save them please?
