Nationwide keep getting better

Apparently, Nationwide do a special card reader for those of us with poor sight. Thought I would take advantage of this.

Well the cardreader arrived this morning, but is no different from the other one. The morons sent the wrong one out.:mad:

To add insult to injury, in their letter it says "to look after the card reader as I may get charged for another one"

I rang them up, and after a long wait on hold, we ascertained that I was sent the wrong card reader and will not be charged for the correct one that is being sent out today.

Well, if I am charged because of their usual incompetent ways, that will be the last straw and I will be leaving them.

I understand that we all make mistakes from time to time, but it would be nice if Nationwide could get it right from time to time.

Honestly, I have never dealt with an organisation so inept.

    You've clearly never had any dealings with Santander then. If you had it would have been a case of "come back Nationwide, all is forgiven!".
  • But you have forgotten. Their "Only Focus is You". Must be true. It says so on their web site.
