Im kind of just hijacking this thread because im also looking for a basic laptop sub-£400 for the parents - some of the software i use at work won't run on 64-bit systems so I was just wondering if Windows7 only ran on 64-bit systems. A Packard Bell Easynote TK37-AV-010UK. Its £369 down from £499 at Currys. Its got memory of 4gb but not to sure on all the other spec.0 -
