JSA what should I do?

Currently signing on ... for the first time in my life. I am also 27 weeks pregnant. My partne lives in a different city at the moment and we are planning to move in together closer to the birth when obviously I will come off benefits. Financially I really need the JSA and they are just starting to help with the interest on my mortgage. My house is on the market.
I have joint access with my exH and currently see my children part week. I came up to see my partner at start of week and was planning to travel back to my town to sign on this afternoon and then collect my dc's tomorrow but all the bloody trains are cancelled due to weather. I need to ring the job centre and tell them I cant make it in but what do I tell them?
Will they stop my JSA? Will I be i trouble for having left the area? Should I tell a lie and say I'm ill? God I am stressing out ... I need this money at the moment.
What should I do?

Why do people even ask if they should tell lies?

Is there a JCP in the town where you are now? Are you seeking work there? Call your JCP and ask if you can sign at the JCP where you are now.
    Gone ... or have I?
