Had a brief earlier and as of monday (6/12), these fees will be dropping from £15 to £10 for all accounts that incur them.

So this doesn't apply to Reward Current Account, Ultimate Reward Current Account and standard boring No Reward Current Account.
But does apply to Easy Cash and Cardcash?
It would be nice if you could clarify.0 -

The reduction of £10 for an Unpaid/ Paid Item Fee applies to the Student Current Account, Cardcash and Easycash. All the T&C's have been updated accordingly (links below) - oddly, the new fees are listed in the "Terms and conditions from 20th March 2011" section:-• From 6th December 2010, we are reducing the amount of an unpaid item fee as follows:
Student Current Account £10 (no more than once a day)
Cardcash account* £10 (no more than three times a day)
Easycash account* £10 (no more than three times a day)
*If you are under 18, there will still be no charge.
Links:-
Halifax Student Current Account T&C's (see Pg. 32 on)
Halifax Cardcash and Expresscash Accounts T&C's (see Pg. 9 on for Cardcash)
Halifax Easycash Account T&C's (see Pg. 33 on)
On a side note, can I say, it's worth having a read at these updated T&C's (which apply to all accounts). Halifax/ Bank of Scotland have already begun the mailing (got mines a couple of weeks back), but some of the changes are interesting. For example, they're dropping 2-3-6 on cheque availability for current accounts, and adopting the standard 2-4-6. I barely cash cheques, but availability after three working days was handy. These changes are all part of the HBOS integration with Lloyds TSB systems.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.0 -
