OK - 'tis your thread!
Are you removing all the existing tiles and starting again? Personally I don't like mosaics in a shower area. Too high a grout to tile ratio and as the only waterproof grount is an epoxy grout its not an easy job to DIY.
To do specifically what? (no that doesn't require the obvious smart answer either)
Cheers
Keystone,
I may give a silly response but how do I get the spec of the combi boiler, i have just moved in so have not got much info about the boiler spec. Anything in particular I should be looking for?
w.r.t. tiles, I am not removing the existing tiles but topping them with the mosaic tiles. How are these tiles in shower area specifically water proofing and all?
Shower screen will go on bath to protect from water falling down on floor.
cheers!0 -

Your tap spec will probably looking for a minimum l/min flow rate from an "x" kW boiler - probably fully modulating. So no point in buying a tap which requires something your boiler can't produce IYSWIM. Whats the make / model number?
You may have a challenge matching up grout lines although that may not bother you. If the mosaica aren't in the immediate very wet area then thats OK IMO.
What I meant was size/shape, two part (?), folding, concertina type? Or hadn't you decided yet?
cheers
Keystone,
I have got following specs for the boiler:-
it is a mega flow heatraesadia, model cl170
max mains pressure : 16 bar
operating pressure : 3 bar
expansion release bar setting : 8 bar
rated pressure : 7 bar
max primary circuit pressure ;3 bar
T&P relief valve setting : 90 C/10 bar
electrical rating : 1 * 3 KW @240V AC
1 * 2.7 KW @ 230 V AC
2) with bath screen i initially thought foldable (4 part) but not sure how they perform or shall i go for a single glass screen?0 -
Ah thats an unvented cylinder. Thought you said you had a combi boiler but on rereading it I see you were quoting sillygoose but one of these "[/quote]" is missing in that post. My bad for scanning that post. You should be fine with your selected BSM then.
A fourfold screen will be OK although they are a bit chunky but have the advantage that they can be folded well away - particularly in a small bathroom.
