'Tis true, apologies. This thread seems to have moved away from the original question. No wonder the original poster seems to have ignored the advice received.
I think people got bored waiting for the OP to confirm the outcome of the meeting (or not).Personal Responsibility - Sad but True

Do you know of any Multi-baggers and if/when they might break out?0 -

Unfortunately Rollinghome has forgotten the reason I put him on ignore, or has chosen to quietly try to forget it.feesarefare wrote: »Rollinghome wrote:Careful or he'll threaten to put you on his little list too. Then you'll be sorry.

There is no excuse for abusive posts, people who do so do it because they are unable to communicate effectively; they are no different to people who shout to make a point during a discussion. There is no room for these people.
Rollinghome abuse of Jem16 was unacceptable.
I'm not bothered that I now ignore Rollinghome's posts, I just am not interested in someone who behaves in that manner. Its a pity because from what I remember of Rollinghome's previous posts they were often very constructive and helpful.Personal Responsibility - Sad but True

Ok, pax. There were no abusive posts. Sarcasm I do, abuse I don't. I know exactly why you felt stung and you don't need to make your excuses to me. Obviously, as you can imagine, I'm very flattered to see that you're reading my posts again and look forward to your next ten-bagger and news of when whatever is about to break out.Unfortunately Rollinghome has forgotten the reason I put him on ignore, or has chosen to quietly try to forget it.
But please, please, try to be just a little less pompous.

Thats a bit confusing - why is it alright for you to make abusive posts then?
Heres one from today for example
" He can destabilise very quickly and this has in the past led to him getting very angry and embarrassing himself. Others have tried to help him but he really is not listening. Believe it or not he actually advises people on financial matters; I feel for them."
Not exactly friendly is it?
Surely you should practice what you preach? Its a pity because from what I remember of Rollinghome's previous posts they were often very constructive and helpful
They still are, as im sure your well aware.0 -

See there you go again clearly demonstrating a deficit in attention to detail. Take your time, think about.......... Is my comment abusive or 'not exacly friendly'? Well, what is it?
I only replied because you unfortunately quoted it, and as Rollinghome was belittling the reason for being on my ignore I thought I might remind them.feesarefare wrote: »They still are, as im sure your well aware.
I'm a little unsure why you are supportive of someone who appears to have previously been banned 3 times and re-invented themselves.
I can only assume you condone his previous treatment of Jem16?Personal Responsibility - Sad but True

Thats not strictly ignoring him then is it ?I'm a little unsure why you are supportive of someone who appears to have previously been banned 3 times and re-invented themselves.
Merely stating I appreciate his posts is hardly supporting him - I actually enjoy his spats with Jem , who is more than capable of looking after herself. HAs he been banned 3 times?
You remind me of a child accusing another of taking sidesI can only assume you condone his previous treatment of Jem16?
Jem can look after herself.0 -
Its just like deja vu. There was this other poster once called Whiteflag, perhaps you know him, who accused me of making an abusive post. As it turned out Whiteflag seemed to have a similar issue to yourself and also suffered from attention to detail disorder. This Whiteflag actually appologised for making an inaccurate alegation. Are you sure you want to continue with this?feesarefare wrote: »abusive
True, but you quoted it, it was in your post and I replied.feesarefare wrote: »Thats not strictly ignoring him then is it ?
Yes, in the same way that Nazi Germany invading Poland was just a little spat and should have been left well alone.feesarefare wrote: »Merely stating I appreciate his posts is hardly supporting him
I know Jem is more than capable of looking after herself but...... Does that make it acceptable, does that make it right?feesarefare wrote: »- I actually enjoy his spats with Jem , who is more than capable of looking after herself.
Yes, Jem can look after herself, but are you so sure about the next person Rollinghome takes a dislike to or someone who posts something slightly to the contrarty of another poster? If its wrong, it is wrong.feesarefare wrote: »You remind me of a child accusing another of taking sides
Jem can look after herself.
Yet again you are missing the point.Personal Responsibility - Sad but True

I have never invaded Poland and have no intention of doing so. That was someone else. Feesarefare will have to speak for himself.Yes, in the same way that Nazi Germany invading Poland was just a little spat and should have been left well alone.
